INDIVIDUALS: Coach Chris works with you to identify road blocks, obstacles and limited beliefs keeping you from your best self. Then, through accountability and intentional skill-building, we create a plan and practices that lead you to a more fulfilling life.
COUPLES: Couples are offered skills to create deeper connections and better communication.
Pre-marital counseling is offered using SYMBIS (Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts), a robust program designed to help couples merge their lives effectively and work through challenges. Coach Chris can also perform your wedding ceremony!
